LE COUTEAU JAUNE (2006-2009)

A live art/noise performance collective based in London. The work combined homemade costumes, offensive poetry, improvised noise, cardboard props, audience participation and D.I.Y. pyrotechnics. These created site-specific, fun-filled, humorous scenarios, adhering to the artistic doctrine of availabilsm, begged the audience to question what it meant to ‘be a band’ Between 2006 and 2009, they  were consistanlty  invited to perform at galleries, art festivals and music venues across the UK and Europe.
